YAK is a mobile journaling application providing:

• Daily mood and journal entries
• Calendar timeline and entry history
• Tags, photos, and monthly recap videos
• Optional reminders and notifications
• Premium subscription features
• Onboarding and in-app preferences

The app may use third-party services to operate (e.g. Apple, subscription management, and pseudonymous product analytics). Details are in our Privacy Policy (Section 8).

2) Eligibility

You must be at least:

• 16 years old if you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), or
• The minimum age required in your country

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3) License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
