1) Description of the App

Vitaly is a mobile lifestyle micronutrient tracking application providing:

• Comparison of estimated logged intake to fixed EU Nutrient Reference Values (NRV) (and soft lifestyle references for protein/sugar)
• AI meal photo analysis and nutrient estimates
• Supplement label scanning and barcode lookups
• Daily vitamin score, diet quality and focus scores, and progress trends
• Meal history, library, and optional reminders
• Premium subscription features
• Onboarding and in-app preferences

Vitaly does not diagnose nutrient deficiencies, prescribe supplements, or provide medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice. It is a lifestyle / wellness tracking tool, not a medical device under the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR).

The app may use third-party services to operate (e.g. Apple, Google Gemini for meal/label analysis, subscription management via RevenueCat, and optional pseudonymous product analytics via PostHog). Details are in our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least:

• 16 years old if you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), or
• The minimum age required in your country (and at least 16 to use Vitaly)

By using the App you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3) License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
